The Safety Harbor Creek Trailhead is a relatively large, but infrequently visited trailhead far along the north shore of Lake Chelan. The trailhead typically isn't accessible until the middle of May due to snow on sections of the forest service road. While it is more common with dirt bikers than hikers, it does provide access to a flat 3 mile one way hike to Safety Harbor Creek with views of Lake Chelan along the way. There is a pit toilet next to the trailhead, and no parking passes or fees are required.
Sorry, I haven't done any hikes from this trailhead yet!
