Ballard Corners Park

Seattle Parks Department made purchases in 2003 and 2007 of adjoining properties and, in conjunction with funding secured with the help of the local community, launched this park in October 2009. This small park packs some character, with art installations serving as seating areas, including a concrete couch and chair at one end and stools and a table at the northern end. There is a more traditional bench as well.

The park also features a small area covered in wood chips with a modern jungle gym.
