Overview
Windy Saddle Trailhead is located off of Slide Ridge Road where the Devils Backbone Trail terminates and is the closest trailhead to Stormy Mountain, one of the higher peaks in the lower section of Lake Chelan. There are no parking fees, and the trailhead has a flat parking area of dirt and grass that can accommodate roughly 5 cars. This trailhead sees light usage, as it requires a long drive on the bumpy Slide Ridge forest service road.
