Silver Falls Campground sits along the Entiat River approximately 34 miles up the Entiat River Road at around 2,400 feet in elevation. The 31-site campground is split into two loops divided by Silver Falls — each loop has its own entrance off the road and the two are not connected by road, though a pedestrian bridge links them. The campground is shaded and all individual sites are first-come, first-served. One reservable group site is on the north loop.
While the campground sits next to the Entiat River, none of the individual campsites have river views — though the river is accessible from some sites. The campground is well-suited for larger trailers. Directly across the road is the Silver Falls Trailhead, one of the best family hikes in the Entiat Valley. The Silver Falls Interpretive Trail — a flat, 1-mile loop with interpretive signage — is accessible from the south loop. If river views are your priority, Fox Creek or Lake Creek campgrounds further down the valley may be a better fit, but for access to the Silver Falls hike, no campground in the valley comes close.

The Silver Falls Trailhead is directly across the road from the campground. The Silver Falls hike is a 1.7-mile round trip through old-growth Douglas fir to a 141-foot waterfall — and you can walk behind it. It is one of the most rewarding short hikes in the Entiat Valley and excellent for families. Spring has the strongest flow, but the falls are impressive throughout the season.
