North Fork Campground is a free, first-come, first-served group site on the Entiat River, located 38 miles up the Entiat Valley just past Entiat Falls. The campground once had 8 distinct sites, though some have become overgrown over the years — there are still several suitable spots for tent camping and smaller trailers. A single vault toilet is on-site, but there is no potable water or garbage service.
The campground sits at the confluence of the North Fork of the Entiat River and the main river, with easy access to the water. It is within walking distance of Entiat Falls, and close to trailheads for the Silver Falls, Entiat River, and North Fork Entiat trails. The upper valley setting is quiet and remote — a good choice if you want to get away from the more-visited lower campgrounds.
