Entiat City Park is a newly built, city-operated campground spread across 40 acres on the Columbia River in Entiat. The park is split into two sections, each with its own entrance off Alt-97, though a road connects them so you can drive between both. The south section has most of the tent camping along with the boat launch and day-use area. The north section has all 31 RV sites with full hookups and 8 additional tent sites. Reservations are available and highly recommended; the park fills on summer weekends. The campground is open from mid-March through mid-November.
Tent sites are not drive-in. Parking is near each area, but expect to haul your gear a short distance to your site. The sites are open and well-maintained with no vegetation between them, so expect little privacy and plenty of sun. A walking trail runs along the Columbia River waterfront spanning the full width of the park from the south end to the north end. It is a flat walk through well-maintained park grounds with river views throughout.
